First of all, he knows what he is doing, that’s obvious. I believe he’s really brilliant and what I found interesting about him is he has an incredibly great sense of humor and I think in a dentist that’s critical mass. He always walks in and he just looks at me and he smiles, and I’m like – why are you smiling at me? Because I don’t know what you’re going to tell me!
But he just always takes whatever fear I have and diminishes it. I’ve never left here in pain; he has called me when he’s done a big situation in my mouth, he has called, how are you feeling, do you have any discomfort, do you want me to recommend medication for you. So he does follow through, and that’s why I’m here because he does separate himself from the other dentists in that respect. I’ve never had the kind of follow through that I get from this particular office.
I really believe in this man, this gentleman, this doctor, who really goes the distance to make sure that the people he takes care of really have a good experience.
