The first time I came, everybody was so wonderful and welcoming to me, as if they had all been waiting for me to come, which of course they were but …
They even introduced me to other people in the waiting room, saying, they know so and so as well. So it seems like everyone who comes here, it’s part of a community. It’s really nice to have a dentist who actually really loves what he is doing and you can tell that in the way he works with you and really cares about each client, he’s very present.
That’s really unique to find in any occupation, especially the dentist, is so important, and I think a lot of people avoid it because they don’t feel comfortable and welcomed and that they are not just another mouth or a set of teeth, but actually that they care when I come in or if I come in. It’s really nice here at this office, because I’ve even just emailed, and there’s no excuse for not coming in with Dr. Anderkvist, and that’s been really nice. And that’s what I’ve told them; you’re going to want to go back to the dentist.
